- Explain the reason for your return.
- Once we approve and send you a Return Confirmation email, send your item(s) back to us within 3 days after receiving your order. (The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item)
- The item(s) must have all the label/tags still attached and must be unwashed and unused.
- Basic Women’s Apparel Boutique gives NO MONEY REFUND in any case.
- Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly, and we approve the request, we will send you an email with a CREDIT CODE, with the total amount of your original purchase.
- If what you want is a SIZE CHANGE, please specify that on the email, and we will make the change if the item(s) is returned in the conditions stated above.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE purchases are final.
- If you place an online order and select PICK UP IN STORE, you will have 10 days to pick up your order and be able to apply to the exchange policy. If the item you bought did not fit, or you did not like it, and you want to exchange it for another item, another size or receive a credit, you must have pick up for your order within 10 days from the moment you placed your order. If you did not pick up after 10 days, you do not apply for changes or credit. If 45 days or more pass and you have not communicated or responded to the messages about picking up your order, the items will no longer be available. If you made an online order and chose by mistake the option Pick Up In Store, you can contact us at 787 903-8473. If you made an online order to be picked up at the store and you cannot pick it up, you can contact us at 787-903-8473 and we can coordinate to make the shipment.
